PoliLink aims to foster the connection between university and local businesses, and give an answer to the needs and requests of institutions, associations, professional associations, companies and professional studios.

The Project provides an integrated on-campus service capable of ensuring continuity and communication efficacy, since one the main goals of Politecnico is to promote a better technological competitiveness.

Main Goals
PoliLink has two main goals:

• to facilitate the interaction between the local productive sector and the main university services, in order to promote research and post-graduate education
• to find inside the university those competences and skills that are required by local companies, detecting the best ways to put them into work

The Career Service provides employer branding consulting and recruitment services to companies interested in targeting Milan Polytechnic students.
Thanks to carefully planned campus events (job fairs, round tables, interview days, etc.) and online services (job boards, banners) provided by the Career Service, hundreds of companies have been able to increase their employer brand awareness. Career Service's International Division develops solutions to meet the diverse needs of non-Italian employers with strong business and multicultural awareness.
